| As the founder of Essential Well-Being, Holistic Wellness Coaching for Positive Change, I focus on emotional health and well-being, specializing in supporting women over-40 looking for ways increase resiliency and reduce reactivity to life stressors. I incorporate holistic & mind-body practices such as mindfulness, meditation, self-compassion, journaling, gratitude, breathwork and nature connection within one-on-one, group coaching and mini-retreat settings.
