| As a health & wellness coach, I use a whole-person approach to help clients create the healthy changes they need to optimize their health. Using the Wheel of Wellness, I often work with clients to see what dimension of their wellbeing they feel can help them enact the most pivotal changes first, so they can build off that success and see results quickly. Additionally, my doctoral coursework focused heavily on change management, so I am able to transfer those skills to help clients work through the stages of change to help them move towards action. |
