I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am trained and certified through Wild Health Precision Medicine, Primal Health, Chronic Pain, Chronic Disease Management and Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I have hundreds of hours coaching in a clinical remote setting with a diverse population of clients spanning chronic health conditions, health optimization and chronic pain. My pursuit of a health coaching career was fueled by personal desires to heal from disordered eating and avoid familial predispositions to disease. Those joint motivations resulted in both a physical transformation through disciplined consistent lifestyle habits. My personal transformation fueled my passion to share and empower others to experience lasting change by adopting healthy habits.
