| A Guide to Wellness for Men in Healthcare: As wellness professionals, we dedicate ourselves to taking care of others but often neglect our own well-being. I understand this struggle deeply because I've been there—pouring everything into my work while enduring the weight of extreme burnout. It led me down a dark path, facing challenges such as suicidal thoughts, shattered relationships, neglect of my health and well-being, and reliance on addictive habits just to keep going. Through a journey of self-focus, growth, and healing, I emerged stronger, with a deep understanding of what it takes to recover truly. Today, my mission is to help others on this same journey. I provide guidance and support using realistic, holistic, and naturopathic methods to help you refocus, recover your energy, follow a path of balance, and embrace nourishment and movement.
