Growing up in Texas, I always had an interest in the healing arts and a deep curiosity about the workings of the mind and body. After moving to Southern California, I was drawn to further explore this passion through my Buddhism and Mystical Christianity studies. My journey as a health and wellness coach began when I realized the lack of holistic support for neurodivergent learners like some of my clients. This inspired me to delve into various modalities such as spiritual direction, clinical hypnotherapy, and becoming a death doula. Through my work with clients, I have honed my intuition and compassion to provide personalized care that addresses not just physical health but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health by understanding their unique needs and using natural methods to achieve balance and healing. Outside of my work, you can find me exploring new hiking trails or practicing meditation on the beach. I always seek new ways to deepen my knowledge and continue growing as a healer.
