I received my BFA from the University of Central Florida, my Health Coaching and Hormone Health Certifications from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and my Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan Certification from Harvard Medical School. My Pilates Mat and Equipment certifications are from the Kane School of Pilates, where I also trained in prenatal and postnatal Pilates and various types of injury recovery. Additionally, I have done coursework and training with The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), one of the nation’s most respected resources for building high-performing, healthy workplaces.
