I work as a research scientist in an Immuno-oncology biotech start-up. I do health coaching on the side in the evenings and call myself Basil Health. I also am a certified plant-based chef Rouxbe and culinary coach Harvard Medical School and Spaulding Lifestyle Medicine. I run a cooking school where we focus on healthy menus so that people can cook more healthfully at home!
