| I have a life-long interest in the biology of human body and natural holistic approaches that leads to health and wellness. Having worked for 40+ years as a medical researcher, I grew dissatisfied with a symptom- and drug-focused approach and a lack of prevention and of a natural holistic approach to health and wellness in the contemporary medicine and medical research. As the speed of our daily life increases, and we find ourselves overwhelmed with new information and ever-growing lists of new tasks, we all try to find balance, calm time, health, and meaning in our lives. I aim to help my clients to develop their health and wellness vision, find resources needed to reach the vision, and maintain inner strength and motivation to achieve wellness goals. I have worked at the Cleveland Clinic as a biomedical researcher for 28 years as Full Professor in the last years of my research career ran a research laboratory, and taught medical students and Ph.D. candidates. I am a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and have been certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches NBHWC. |
