With my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories, stress management, & goal planning. I utilize highly effective coaching & motivational interviewing techniques to help clients find the right lifestyle that works best for them.Instead of creating lists of food restrictions and extreme workouts, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these results collectively creating a much larger impact on their success & confidence level to be a healthy person.
