I began my certification path and never looked back. I love assisting my clients in discovering the gaps and patterns that keep them stuck and holding the space while they redesign their life, career, and spiritual path by discovering their strengths, skills, and talents. I also began a life coaching school in 2014 and have graduated over a hundred coaches. Teaching coaching keeps me sharp and learning something from my students as they learn their new craft. As a business owner, I took to executive, leadership, and corporate coaching right away. As a CEO who had to pivot post-Covid, I dove into health and wellness coaching leading to my new certification as a NB-HWC. I couldn't be happier to add the dimension of health and wellness to my coaching focus.
