Hannah Judson is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach NBC-HWC, ICF-Certified Executive Coach ACC, and Mental Wellness Coach with over eight years of experience helping executives, teams, young adults, and families create lasting change. With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, she empowers clients to build awareness, set actionable goals, and move toward sustainable well-being and professional success. Her practice integrates leadership development, mental wellness, and evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate complexity with clarity and resilience.BRBRHannah brings an international perspective, having lived and worked across the U.S., U.K., Italy, Austria, Spain, and France. Her coaching is grounded in psychological mindedness and mutual trust, creating space for clients to access the solutions that lead to lasting change. A thread throughout her career is eLearning and curriculum development, where she has designed digital simulations, multi-user gaming apps, MOOCs, micro-knowledge products, and competitive learning games, as well as facilitated live case studies and hybrid simulations for higher education, corporate training, and global change management. She completed coach training at the University of Cambridge and holds a BA from Colby College, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and is pursuing an MS in Psychology. To decompress and reflect, she runs on trails near trees and water and has completed eight marathons, multiple half-marathons across Europe and the U.S., and an Olympic distance triathlon.
