I enjoy nature, photography and art as well as Contemporary Christian music, you'll see me at concerts and festivals, Red Rocks (K-Love) was a bucket list trip I recently checked off. I love to explore local, state and national parks - getting into the great outdoors. I connect with artists and creative types. I volunteer at church, at my local Christian bookstore doing book tables and pop up stores. I am also the type to pitch in and help at any occasion. Lastly, I have volunteered at my mom's residence teaching classes to the residents, got grant money to create garden boxes appropriate for those in wheelchairs, and funding for activity supplies. I love older people and enjoy hearing their life stories. I also understand the stress of dealing with aging parents, family demands as a wife and bonus mom, and trying to set boundaries for my time as well as giving time to social, volunteer and family without losing myself/sanity in the process.
More Information
I help women 40+ facing a health scare, family history or the compounded effects of a busy stressful career move past the diagnosis or current state of well-being without feeling overwhelmed or losing hope. I meet with my clients an average of 3-9 months, starting weekly and then progressing to biweekly or monthly confidential 1:1 sessions. The space allows them the time for change to happen. I bring a vast knowledge of working as a PTA, Certified Personal Trainer and Lead Fitness Trainer. I specialize in truly listening and guiding my clients to discover their internal motivation in programs such as Body Rest or Get a Grip on Chronic Pain. Together we co-create a clear vision with action steps and a plan, then tweak and overcome obstacles as they occur.
