| I have been working on public awareness to build empathetic and compassionate community through my website. NBC-HWC confirms my effort to serve the purpose. Now, I am moving to change the healthcare culture. Healthcare exists to serve the individual who seek help and to resolve root causes not temporary fix. As a nurse, I have observed culture that patients keeps coming back to hospitals for chronic diseases cure. The chronic diseases are most likely from unhealthy habits, therefore, the individual have to change their lifestyle to healthy one. It is too far when the patients were admitted to hospital. I hope to change healthcare culture focusing more from sickness to wellness, and disease to the prevention. I am also searching for a sustainable business model as a NBC-HWC |
